Krispy Kreme UK & IRE is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for our Naas site on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is hands‑on, responsible for safety, quality, productivity and people performance, with the Country Manager absent.

You’ll work a 5am–2pm pattern, five days in seven (45 hours per week), and you must be willing to cover weekends. The environment is fast‑paced manufacturing with a team‑oriented culture.

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
• Leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing.
• Good IT skills, along with strong communication and numeracy skills.

Shift Pattern: 5am -2pm, any five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday

Krispy Kreme is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive performance at our Naas site on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take full accountability for safety, quality, productivity and people performance. As the most senior leader on site in the absence of the Country Manager, you’ll ensure the shift runs smoothly from start to finish.

Shift Pattern

Our doughnuts are made fresh on site every day. You’ll work 5am until 2pm, any five days out of seven, totalling 45 hours per week. You’ll need to be flexible to work across Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
