Job summary

You will mentor architects and developers, lead design workshops, and support presales while guiding delivery quality across multiple projects and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Experience as Solution Architect or senior technical role on Salesforce engagements.
• Ability to lead architecture and technical delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, robust, and scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Lead design workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Provide architectural guidance, technical assurance and escalation support.
• Oversee development, integrations, CI/CD, testing and deployment.
• Mentor Architects, Technical Leads and Developers.
