Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Ireland-based construction team. The role focuses on managing costs, contracts, procurement and subcontractor relationships across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, with progress toward CIOB accreditation, and proven experience in cost reporting, CVRs, and final accounts on design & build projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with progress towards professional accreditation (CIOB).
• Experience managing costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, subcontract procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, analyse and select subcontractors, negotiate and finalise orders.
• Manage financial and commercial aspects of subcontractors to final account.
• Maintain site records and document control.
• Record site measurements and assist with forecasts, targets and reconciliations.
• Prepare valuations and variations with detailed records, varying with works progress.
• Support tender processes and supervise junior QS staff.
