Job summary

ROSS Construction Ireland seeks a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on high-profile Dublin projects. You will own costs from pre-contract through final account, shaping budgets and procurement strategies within a growing team.

The role requires strong contract knowledge, budgeting, negotiation and leadership to drive value and risk management across multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and professional registration preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial management within construction.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, materials and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management from pre-contract to final account.
• Develop, control and report project budgets and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts, variations and final accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and maintain programme targets.
