Job summary

RT.Lane is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Dublin to lead commercial management on major projects. You will report on cost performance, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with the Managing QS to deliver financial success.

The role requires 8–10 years in similar contracts, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and strong proficiency in QS software and MS Office. You will work onsite with a leading building contractor delivering commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) or equivalent.
• Strong commercial management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for commercial management and reporting on the project.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the Managing QS.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across the project team.
• Support project delivery by monitoring costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review commercial documentation, including valuations, claims, and variations.
