Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) based in Ireland for a fully remote role. You will own the quality strategy for AI-generated code and design end-to-end testing pipelines with pre-merge checks, nightly runs, and production gates.

Qualifications

• Experience designing testing for large, complex products with high reliability requirements.
• Hands-on automated testing and CI/CD integration experience.
• Practical daily use of AI coding agents in software development.
• Fluent Russian language and ability to operate in a multilingual team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end testing pipeline including pre-merge checks and production gates.
• Define quality strategy for AI-generated code and high-risk areas.
• Develop automated UI tests across browsers and mobile devices; incorporate AI-agent testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
