Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Cork to lead major building projects across Cork and Munster. You will manage mobilisation through handover, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and programme delivery on high-profile schemes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with main-contractor projects in Ireland or the UK, excellent leadership of engineers and site teams, and a commercial mindset to manage budgets and risks within a safety-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major Irish or UK building projects.
• Strong programme and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent client-facing confidence and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilisation through handover.
• Manage programmes, lookaheads and recovery plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and supply-chain partners.
• Oversight of safety, quality, and design workstreams.
• Handle RFIs, procurement and project risks.
• Drive BCAR, handover and close-out standards.
• Lead and develop site teams.
