Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Cork is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale residential projects for a forthcoming Retail/Commercial programme. You will oversee planning, design management, safety, quality and cost control from pre-start to handover, with ownership of the full construction process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience with a main contractor or developer in managing and overseeing large-scale residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver overall project from pre-start to handover.
• Responsible for project management, including planning & programming, health & safety, design management, construction operations, quality and environmental standards, and more.
• Schedule project activities using planning software and ensure resource availability for timely delivery.
• Prepare monthly reports on program status, quality, health & safety, progress, and financials, presenting them to stakeholders.
• Assist in design management to close out design issues according to the program.
• Manage procurement schedules and oversee subcontractor quality assurance.
