Job summary

Brodericks is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial catering and laundry fit-outs across Ireland. The role combines technical oversight, on-site leadership, and strategic resource management to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget targets.

Key duties include governance, planning, risk management, and collaboration with sales, operations, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project execution from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of construction project delivery principles.
• Strong commercial acumen with cost control and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and supply chain management.
• Experience with design coordination and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Lean or Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project/Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of catering and laundry fit-outs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to safety standards.
• Provide on-site leadership and strategic resource management.
• Maintain governance around scope, deliverables, budget, and timing.
• Liaise with sales, operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth execution.
