Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland partners with a company seeking a Product Owner Lead (Payments) to steer a portfolio of payment products, including payment aggregation and integrations. You will mentor Product Owners across teams, align roadmaps with business goals, and drive delivery of core payment services.

Work with B2B customers, champion API-first approaches, and balance customer needs with technical and regulatory considerations in a fast-moving international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Hands-on payments domain experience (PSPs, gateways, orchestration, antifraud).
• Experience with B2B products and stakeholder management.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Familiar with API-first products and reading API specs.
• Understanding PCI DSS, AML/KYC, and payment regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a shared vision for payment products across aggregation, integrations, and services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align and prioritize the roadmap across the payments domain.
• Lead, mentor Product Owners and support prioritization and decision-making.
• Act as Product Owner for the team delivering the core payment aggregator service.
• Gather requirements from B2B customers, coordinate integrations, and engage in technical discussions.
• Improve product processes, documentation, analytics, and standards in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and operations.
