Job summary

DSV Ireland is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead process engineering, warehouse design and data-driven decision making in our Contract Logistics operations in Ireland. You will drive continuous improvement and customer-focused logistics solutions, with responsibility for a direct report and potential team growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Experience within process engineering, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong experience in process mapping, warehouse design, capacity modelling, and operational improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve warehouse processes, layouts, material flows, and operational solutions.
• Analyse customer requirements and operational data to develop scalable and commercially viable solutions.
• Lead process improvement and engineering projects from design through to implementation and handover.
• Develop cost models, support customer tenders, and contribute to technical proposals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyse operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews through meaningful data insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, IT, project teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
