Job summary

Arcadis DPS Group in Dublin seeks a Lead Process Engineer to manage the process design team and deliver innovative solutions for Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects across Ireland and Europe. You will lead development of production processes, drive plant improvements, and provide technical leadership within a busy design consultancy.

You will report to the Process Dept Manager and collaborate with clients, A&E teams, and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior level process engineering experience in design consultancy or pharma/life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead a process design team and deliver complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape project success through proposal collaboration, scoping, and defining deliverables with clients and teams.
• Lead the implementation of process designs, ensure safety and quality, and manage milestones and approvals.
• Drive change management, mitigate risks, and maintain project delivery commitments.
