Job summary

Tricel Weston is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team, ensuring efficient manufacturing with strict safety and quality standards. You will oversee staff, line management, attendance, and performance, driving improvements and lean practices across the shop floor.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving production targets and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to deliver results in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production staff to meet targets and schedules.
• Oversee shift line management, planning, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure quality compliance.
• Track KPI data and report in OEE/PIIT meetings for management.
• Coordinate start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers while safeguarding premises.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and timely fault reporting.
• Contribute to Work Instructions and cross-functional projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean projects.
