Job summary

CREGG seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for an evening shift (4 days) to lead a production team and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development on the shift.

You will work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve performance, implement Lean, and develop staff through coaching and cross-training.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop production staff.
• Ensure safe working environment and health & safety compliance.
• Meet OTIF production targets while upholding quality and cost standards.
• Ensure staff training, competency, and support.
• Drive cross-training and workforce flexibility.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead Kaizen and problem-solving initiatives.
• Promote communication and team engagement daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and reduce waste.
