Qualifications

• Maintain high visibility with production staff and involve staff in problem solving.
• Develop a high-performance work team with high morale, satisfaction and performance.
• Create and maintain a respectful work environment and address unacceptable behaviour.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure product quality levels through standard work and training.
• Provide training to improve standard work and housekeeping; lead change as required.
• Support continuous improvement by encouraging process challenges and solutions.
