Job summary

Catalyx in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a QC Systems Specialist to support Large Molecule eLIMS and iLABs within a GMP environment. You will work with QC teams and SMEs on day-to-day system support and drive continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

The role requires a BSc in a relevant science and at least 3 years' hands-on experience with Large Molecule eLIMS. You will troubleshoot issues, support audits and contribute to system deployments while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Large Molecule eLIMS is essential.
• Experience supporting Large Molecule eLIMS and iLABs deployments.
• Knowledge of GMP/cGMP in regulated laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day eLIMS support to QC teams and manage system tickets.
• Troubleshoot eLIMS and lab system issues and support root cause investigations.
• Support investigations, CAPAs and change controls relating to laboratory systems.
