Job summary

Bulgari is seeking a Technical Workshop and Product Manager to lead a jewellery rework operation in Dublin. You will guide a team of polishing, QC and watch rework specialists, ensuring repairs meet brand standards and customer expectations.

The role requires coordinating with supply chain planning and external suppliers, with travel to Italy and Switzerland around 10% of time, and driving continuous improvement across quality, safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in jewellery workshop operations, including repair, polishing, and quality control.
• Experience leading technical or production teams in a specialist workshop environment.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the rework shop, ensuring workload, priorities, and service levels are managed.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the team to deliver high-quality rework outcomes.
• Own inventory management for the rework business with 100% accuracy.
