Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience managing complex IT projects and programmes.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with senior client decision-makers.
• Strong track record of driving business process improvements.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for development, execution, monitoring and control of project plans.
• Manage multi-site, multi-vendor projects within schedule, scope, budget and quality.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate risks and issues for delivery.
• Develop proposals and recommendations through automation and process design.
• Report project progress per PMO standards to leadership.
• Maintain strong client, customer and account team relationships.
