Qualifications

• 4+ years in Support Engineering, Network Engineering, or similar IT role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the resolution of large scale customer impacting incidents.
• Provide critical incident response and management for customer workloads.
• Conduct continuous real-time proactive monitoring of customer metrics.
• Lead projects to drive operational improvements.
