Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an HVAC Service Supervisor to oversee the service department, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service. The role reports to the Operations Manager and coordinates PPM schedules, engineers, service activities, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge across air conditioning, heat pumps, chillers and AHUs, plus hands-on experience and excellent administration and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC technical knowledge across air conditioning, heat pumps, chillers and AHUs.
• Ability to provide technical support to clients and engineers.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Live in and around Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact, coordinating PPM schedules, engineers, service activities, reporting and documentation to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and service delivery.
• Support sales opportunities by identifying upgrades and repairs, preparing quotes, assisting renewals, and highlighting equipment issues that may lead to commercial proposals.
