Qualifications

• Must possess a QQI Level 6 Health Care Award or working towards it.
• Full Clean Driver's license and access to own vehicle is required.
• Extensive experience in a healthcare environment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessments.
• Onboard new customers with detailed Care Plans.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to customers.
• Report complaints to the Branch Manager daily.
