Job summary

KM Lynskey seeks an experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to lead the Group Health & Safety function and support project teams across Ireland and Europe. You will oversee training, competency, and certification records, ensuring policies and standards are applied consistently across projects.

Reporting to H&S Manager, you will supervise Advisors, drive training programs, and maintain records using Skillko.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Health & Safety across construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction H&S legislation and risk management.
• Experience supervising Health & Safety Advisors and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support Health & Safety Advisors across the Group with training and consistent standards.
• Provide H&S support to senior management and project teams across Ireland and Europe.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and maintained on all projects.
• Oversee inductions, training, and competency records; manage training matrix.
