Job summary

IT Search seeks an experienced software engineering lead to design, develop, test, and debug solutions across the full SDLC. You will provide technical leadership, architectural input, and effort estimation while collaborating with globally based teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong C#/.NET development, TDD and Agile delivery, REST/WebAPI, and modern CI/CD tooling. You will drive innovation and ensure quality through code reviews and automated testing.

Qualifications

• Extensive C# and .NET Framework development with Visual Studio.
• Team lead experience with architectural decision-making.
• Direct experience in Global Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, or Prime Brokerage).
• Strong understanding of REST, MVC, routing, bundling, and WebAPI.
• Proven TDD and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on with JIRA, GitFlow, and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible).
• Experience with Linq2Db, log4net, Kendo UI, and LESS/SASS.
