Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the developer platforms and tooling across a global organisation. You will shape the platform roadmap, drive AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and self-service capabilities while partnering with security and engineering teams.

You will lead multiple teams in a distributed DevOps model, setting standards, improving automation and governance, and delivering scalable platform capabilities that boost developer productivity and business

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Strong understanding of observability and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the DevOps tooling and platform roadmap across the whole function.
• Drive cloud, automation, and developer enablement initiatives.
• Build and lead initiatives across engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
