Adecco in Dublin is seeking an AI Governance Analyst on a 6-month contract, hybrid in Dublin 2. You will help shape and embed AI governance, ensure responsible deployment and regulatory alignment across Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal.

Reporting to the AI Governance Manager, you will manage use-case intake, track governance lifecycle, and support committees while working with a four-person team. Prior experience in technology risk and AI oversight is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in technology risk or risk governance within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act or similar regulatory requirements.

• Support AI governance framework development, implementation, and governance artefacts.
• Assist with AI risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate governance committees and engage stakeholders across the business.
