Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• Proven track record in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and on-site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review design for buildability and generate a schedule of issues for each construction stage.
• Ensure adequate engineering resources and mentor/lead engineering staff.
• Coordinate with design team to secure information and manage RFIs in line with programme.
• Maintain project programme awareness and push for commercial benefits where possible.
• Oversee temporary works, setting out, inspections, and QA procedures.
• Lead weekly project management updates on engineering function and resource planning.
• Sign off on subcontract scope and ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
