Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is seeking an ambitious Building Services Coordinator to join our team on multi-million-euro projects in Ireland. You will oversee the coordination, design review, buildability assessment, and ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with programme, quality, and cost targets.

Role requires coordinating drawings, managing meetings, and liaising with clients, design teams, sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain project progress and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Review and understand Building Services Design for buildability.
• Schedule, arrange & chair regular Building Services meetings.
• Assist with post-handover/defects tasks related to Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Building Services drawings, layouts, and approvals.
• Support design coordination and buildability assessments.
• Monitor safety, quality and cost implications on site.
• Engage with Sub-Contractors, Designers and Suppliers.
