ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on a major West Dublin construction project. You will oversee design coordination, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading building services on large construction projects.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all building services activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical services installations, ensuring compliance with design specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate building services subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor programme progress and resolve technical issues impacting delivery.
• Ensure all services integrate with wider construction works and handover documentation.
