Job summary

I.T. Alliance Group seeks a Technical Solutions Architect for a Dublin-based data migration project. You will lead solution design and delivery, working with Microsoft Azure data products and enterprise stakeholders.

Hybrid role with onsite presence in Dublin City Centre about two days a week, remote options not available. The role requires extensive experience with Azure Data Services and strong consulting skills for government/public sector projects.

Qualifications

• Third level degree or postgraduate qualification in IT/CS.
• Industry recognised architectural certifications (TOGAF/Zachman/COBIT) are advantageous.
• 7+ years as Technical Solutions Architect with data migration in large enterprises.
• Hands-on with Azure data products: Migrate, DMS, Data Box, Storage Mover, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of solutions for large-scale data migration.
• Validate and support supplier architecture and design.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Azure data products and related platforms.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Maintain security, data protection, and GDPR compliance.
