Qualifications

• Proven mechanical design experience for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience leading prototype development and PoP activities.
• Understanding of FEA and design verification.
• Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills.
• Experience working with automation vendors and system integrators.
• Ability to lead technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative automated manufacturing equipment for next-generation environments.
• Develop 2D and 3D CAD concepts to support proposals and delivery.
• Lead PoP activities, prototype development and design iterations.
• Apply engineering principles and FEA to validate designs.
• Manage vendor/OEM relationships and coordination with integrators.
• Support planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Produce documentation, reports and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify new manufacturing technologies.
