Job summary
Reperio Human Capital invites applications for a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing & Electronics) based in Limerick / Clare / Tipperary. You will lead Manufacturing Engineering across NPI, automation, facilities and high-volume production to drive industrialisation and engineering capability.
You will oversee NPI from design to production, champion DFx and process validation, and shape automation strategies while managing CapEx and ROI.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years' high-volume manufacturing experience, ideally electronics.
- 3-5+ years' engineering leadership experience.
- Strong background in NPI, automation and manufacturing line development.
- Experience managing capital projects and solving complex production issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI from design through to full production.
- Drive DFM/DFT, PFMEA, process validation and process development.
- Develop and implement manufacturing automation strategies.
- Lead facilities, infrastructure and capacity projects.
- Provide technical leadership for production issues and continuous improvement.
- Manage CapEx, equipment procurement and ROI.
- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Maintenance.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
