The role suits an Audit Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior ready to move into management, with preference for Big Four or Top 10 background.

You will manage audit and accounts portfolios, lead engagements, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high standards of service.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with substantial audit and accounts experience in practice.
• Currently an Audit Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior ready for management.
• Experience with a Big Four or Top 10 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients from planning to delivery.
• Lead audit engagements and mentor team members.
• Review files for quality, compliance and risk.
• Manage work in progress, billing and profitability.
• Build client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Contribute to networking and business development activities.
• Keep audit knowledge current and share with the team.
