Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks an Analytical Development Days Lead Analyst to lead the analytical development group within the client environment, ensuring top quality and professional standards across tasks.

You will manage a high-performing laboratory team, coordinate scheduling and training, and act as a key client contact to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations, while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in chemistry or a related subject.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry GMP laboratory.
• Experience in a leadership capacity.
• Good team player, organised, accurate, strong documentation skills.
• Passionate about quality and client service.
• Good communication skills both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Act as site leader for the B shift on the weekends (if shift lead).
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing laboratory team, driving productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.
• Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Support coaching and performance of team members through training and feedback.
• Manage laboratory scheduling, resource planning, and cross-training activities.
• Review and maintain high-quality technical documentation, data, SOPs and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics and expertise.
