Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is recruiting for a Shift Lead Analyst in Ireland to oversee the Analytical Development team within the client environment. You will act as site leader for weekend shifts, drive productivity, quality, and safety while maintaining GMP compliance and client satisfaction.

You will coach the team, manage schedules, reviews and maintain high-quality documentation. The role offers development opportunities within a global testing network.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in chemistry or related subject.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP laboratory.
• Experience in a leadership capacity.

Responsabilités

• Act as site leader for the B shift on weekends.
• Lead and coordinate a laboratory team to drive productivity, quality, safety, and service.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, resource planning and cross-training to maximise efficiency.
