Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Ireland seeks a Supervisor, Biopharma to lead the Biopharmaceutical team in our Analytical GMP labs, overseeing daily activities, staffing, and resource planning to meet quality and turnaround objectives.

You will drive adherence to GMP, ICH, EP and USP guidelines, mentor staff, perform root-cause investigations, and partner with management to implement SOPs and continual improvements.

Qualifications

• Education in chemistry/biochemistry with related experience.
• Experience leading a laboratory team in a GMP setting.
• Ability to manage deadlines, quality and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of analysts in Biopharmaceutical team.
• Manages workflow, resources, and performance metrics.
• Identifies process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
