Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on tool development and AI integration.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and align tool development with business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of in-house tools for Technical Support Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tool requirements and alignment with goals.
• Drive AI capabilities integration within the tool space to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Explore and implement machine learning models to automate log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Mentor a team of technical professionals and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance to TSEs to maximize tool and AI capabilities.
• Align tool development with product features and customer needs with stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.
• Establish KPIs to measure tool and AI impact on support outcomes.
• Regularly report on tool performance and user feedback to senior management.
