Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks an experienced Product Counsel in Ireland to help shape product strategy with strong legal judgment. You will collaborate with Product and Technology teams, monitor regulatory developments, and translate complex requirements into practical guidance that protects the company while enabling innovation.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Insights & Business Partnership within Bentley’s LCA organization and involves 40 hours/week with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, with significant in-house experience at a technology, SaaS, or engineering/infrastructure software company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded advisor through the product lifecycle, from strategy through launch, translating legal considerations into product decisions.
• Develop relationships with Product and Technology leadership to understand roadmap priorities and key build decisions.
• Translate strategy and regulatory updates into timely, actionable guidance for LCA teams to align product and business objectives.
