William Fry LLP in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our award-winning Property Department. You will handle end-to-end CRE transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, and advise on regulatory matters to protect client interests.
You will lead due diligence, manage multiple priorities, and build enduring client relationships while contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues in a fast-paced, market-leading firm.
The successful candidate will be joining an innovative and market leading firm with a growing practice who will be involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate matters. Our Property Department is recognised as outstanding in Ireland and is consistently rated as a tier 1 practice by leading legal directories. This innovative and hugely experienced team has been heavily involved in the majority of landmark real estate transactions in Ireland in the past 12 months both direct property investment and real estate loan portfolio sales. Our clients include large institutional investors, international private equity funds, receivers, public authorities and major Irish, UK and US retailers.
