Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Law Enforcement Response Specialist for the EMEA region within Trust & Safety in Dublin.

You will analyse and respond to time-sensitive user data requests from law enforcement, ensuring privacy and compliance with the Digital Services Act, e-Evidence Regulation, and internal SOPs.

The role involves collaboration with legal, external partners, and cross-functional teams, and includes after-hours work and handling sensitive content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; at least 3 years in a Law Enforcement Response role or similar field.
• Experience retrieving and formatting data using internal tools and platforms.
• Fluency in English with advanced writing skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Understanding of EEA/UK data access laws, MLATs and related orders.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to time-sensitive data requests from law enforcement while protecting user privacy.
• Ensure requests are analyzed and processed in compliance with laws and internal SOPs.
• Monitor impact of the upcoming e-Evidence Regulation and adapt workflows accordingly.
• Collaborate with legal and external partners on data privacy and disclosure issues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and speed in operations.
• Prepare internal documentation and keep clear records of decisions.
• Handle sensitive content issues including graphic material.
