Job summary

TikTok is seeking detail-oriented and highly organised eDiscovery Case Managers to join our Global eDiscovery team in Dublin, Ireland. This role plays a crucial part in managing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and supporting our legal team in litigation and regulatory investigations.

Ideal candidates have strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with internal teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience.
• Experience in an EU/UK law firm, regulatory env., corporate legal dept., or eDiscovery service provider.
• Proficient in Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery process in collaboration with litigation attorneys and paralegals.
• Oversee ESI lifecycle: preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
• Assist in preservation of various data sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel on preservation strategies.
• Coordinate with in-house legal, forensics, IT, and outside vendors for data exchange.
• Support data analyses (ECA, term analyses) to identify relevant information.
• Develop knowledge libraries and standardised ESI workflows for litigation.
