Job summary

JLA Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customer premises, carry out repairs to catering and laundry equipment, and support ongoing service delivery. This role requires a customer-facing attitude, DBS checks, and travel to various sites such as care homes, hotels, and government buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and servicing catering and laundry equipment.
• Good knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.
• Proficient level of computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment as directed by the Operations Support team.
• Carry out safe repairs to customer and company satisfaction, aiming to fix the fault at source.
• Identify and submit engineer leads for upgrades and other sales opportunities.
