Job summary

MSD Ireland is seeking a Launch Excellence Leader (AD Project Mgmt.) in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The role drives cross-site improvements to enable successful New Product Introduction and Receiving Unit readiness across the biologics network.

You will lead multi-functional teams, translate learnings into best practices, and ensure changes are captured in procedures and schedules. The position requires extensive GMP experience and strong project leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 4+ years in cross-functional leadership.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer, Launch Readiness, or Operational Excellence programs.
• GMP, cGMP, GDP knowledge preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustained improvements to NPI and RU readiness processes.
• Align with global/local stakeholders to develop holistic improvement concepts.
• Lead cross-functional Launch Excellence sub-teams.
• Apply PDCA, A3, Kaizen to resolve launch readiness challenges.
• Transform lessons into actionable best practices and scalable SOPs.
• Document changes into written procedures and standards.
• Represent Launch Excellence in governance and escalation meetings.
