Job summary

MSD in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, is seeking a Launch Excellence Leader to drive end-to-end readiness for New Product Introductions and RU readiness across global sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply problem-solving tools, and translate learnings into standardized procedures and improved schedules. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and delivery of results in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in pharma/biologics manufacturing with 4+ years leadership in cross-functional environment.
• Experience supporting NPI, Technology Transfer, Launch Readiness, Commercialization, Manufacturing/Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustained improvements to NPI and RU Readiness processes with defined KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional sub-teams within Launch Excellence to advance initiatives.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma and PDCA methodologies to solve complex launch-readiness challenges.
• Transform lessons learned into scalable best practices and updated procedures.
• Collaborate with scheduling groups to translate improvements into standard blocks and resources.
• Represent Launch Excellence in site governance and escalation meetings.
