You will manage production schedules, drive safety and quality, and lead change management to ensure right-first-time performance at our Dunboyne facility. The role requires a strong background in GMP operations, MES/SAP/DeltaV systems, and cross-functional leadership to optimise plant operations and deliver site governance pillars across People, Safety, Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; master’s desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in pharma/biopharma or related industry.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration and schedule tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, site procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Drive CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives using MES/SAP/DeltaV.
