Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a capable Landowner Liaison Officer to join our infrastructure team in Ireland. You will be the primary contact between landowners and the client, coordinating access for surveys and site investigations, and ensuring clear, consistent project messaging across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while supporting the project team to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Farming background desirable.
• IT skills including basic Excel and email usage; Verif-i training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with landowners and introduce new projects.
• Arrange access for ecological surveys and for site investigations.
• Conduct land condition surveys and assess disturbance and crop-loss impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Record landowner interactions and supervise contractors on landowner land.
