Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Landowner Liaison Partner to support the CIP delivery across the Infrastructure Delivery portfolio. You will engage landowners, manage wayleaves, and coordinate evaluations with valuers and other professionals involved in project delivery.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure governance, risk management, and timely reporting while promoting health and safety and driving continuous improvement in landowner relations and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Administrative tasks and report writing using IT.
• Minimum 3 years in water, utilities or similar industries.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Safety responsibilities and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landowner engagement activities for wayleaves and site acquisitions.
• Lead day-to-day ground communications between Land and Wayleaves team and landowners.
• Keep landowners and agents informed about projects and planned works.
• Maintain relationships with landowner organisations regarding planned works.
• Support co-ordination of land and wayleave acquisitions, including signoffs and payments.
• Provide technical input to Code of Practice docs and landowner policies.
• Monitor land-related reports and assist in hearings or arbitration as required.
• Plan availability of Landowner Liaison resources for project phases.
