Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Lab IT Administrator to partner with Lab COE and the local DMO team to provide end-to-end support for business users and stakeholders at the site. The role requires hands-on IT support for GxP lab equipment, servers, desktops and software, with a focus on compliance and documentation.

You will work with the CSV Lead, System Integrator and Site IT to ensure turnover readiness, inspections support, and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in the digital space.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on end user support for lab IT devices and software.
Troubleshoot complex lab IT issues across software, OS, hardware and network.
Perform routine system administration and maintenance.
Ensure proper user management for all computerized systems.
Author validation, qualification, and testing documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and related scripts.
Assist users with documenting system use in SOPs.
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
Collaborate with CSV Lead, System Integrator, and Site IT Team.
Support operations readiness and turnover processes.
Provide SME support for troubleshooting and guidance.
