Job summary

Ergo are seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer for a permanent role on client site in Shannon, County Clare (Ireland). You will provide remote and desktop support to local users on the Microsoft stack, and participate in project work within a high-performing IT team.

You will manage M365 services (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive), MFA, MDM, and Windows Server administration, with backups, storage, and monitoring responsibilities. Beneficial: VMware/ Citrix knowledge and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience providing remote and desktop support on Microsoft stack.
• Proficient in managing M365 (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).
• Experience with MFA, mobile device management (MDM).
• Knowledge of backup and restoration methods; Windows 10 config and management.
• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Microsoft stack.
• Participate in project work and IT administration.
• Handle backups and storage, and monitor network performance.
