Job summary

Re:work is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support leaders, the People team and external partners in coordinating learning programmes. This hybrid role in County Meath focuses on admin, scheduling and reporting to keep the learning function running smoothly day to day.

You'll manage day-to-day activities, coordinate sessions, track attendance and completions, prepare simple reports, and assist with developing learning materials while supporting rollout of new digital tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an L&D role.
• Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused approach.
• Experience supporting coordination of training or learning activities is helpful.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and digital tools; LMS exposure is a bonus.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for managers, colleagues, and external partners on learning queries.
• Coordinate day-to-day learning activities, schedule sessions, and track attendance and completions.
• Handle admin work to keep programmes on track and maintain records.
• Help build simple reports showing attendance, completion rates and feedback trends.
• Support collection of feedback data to help the team understand what's working well.
• Assist with learning materials and resources, working with external delivery partners.
• Assist with rollout of new platforms and digital tools.
