Job summary

Quest Recruitment partners with a leading international banking group to establish a Dublin-based KYC onboarding team. This hands-on leadership role will oversee end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, including SPVs and complex corporate structures, with two direct reports to start.

You will shape processes, workflows and reporting, while acting as a key liaison for clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive corporate/institutional KYC experience.
• Experience onboarding SPVs or other complex legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of CDD/EDD, UBO identification, sanctions, PEPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of a newly established KYC onboarding team.
• Manage and develop two direct reports, with scope for expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, corporate entities and SPVs.
• Review ownership structures and multi-jurisdictional entities.
• Manage onboarding pipelines, priorities and delivery timelines.
• Build relationships with clients and manage onboarding queries through to resolution.
• Develop dashboards, MI and reporting.
• Establish and improve onboarding procedures, controls and standards.
• Coach and support team members.
